Answer: Orders will be processed within 3-7 business days, and then shipped via USPS Priority mail. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number directly to your email address! USA domestic orders shall arrive within 2-3 days after shipping, and International orders tend to arrive between 7-10 days after shipping.  Please keep in mind that delays ARE possible due to weather, holidays, etc! ~ I am a one woman show, so please be a bit patient with me as I make sure your handcrafted Treasure arrives safe & sound!

 

Answer: Absolutely! Please email me at TreasuresByTay@gmail.com for an expedited shipping request and/or estimate. This will include the cost of overnight shipping to your direct area, as well as a rush order fee to speed up the processing time.

Q. WHATS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Answer: I do not offer returns or refunds on handcrafted Treasures, however if an item does not fit properly please message me and I’m more than happy to offer an exchange in size for you! Thank you for understanding that each piece is carefully hand crafted and exchanges are only offered for sizing purposes or unless there is an error of creation on my end.
