Although I love creating commissioned pieces, I can only accept a limited amount of custom requests. Due to the small batch releases of handmade Treasures, it is important for me to focus my creative energy on elevating my work based on inspiration and genuine passion. As I pour my soul into each individual creation, custom requests can take a vast amount of energy and time. However, I would be honored to bring your idea to life under the understanding that my turnaround time for custom pieces can be anywhere from 2-8 weeks (if I am able to accept the request at that time). Please respect that my creative flow is intentional and deliberate, and can not be forced, but rather, cultivated all in divine timing!

Answer: Orders will be processed within 3-7 business days, and then shipped via USPS Priority mail. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number directly to your email address! USA domestic orders shall arrive within 2-3 days after shipping, and International orders tend to arrive between 7-10 days after shipping.  Please keep in mind that delays ARE possible due to weather, holidays, etc! ~ I am a one woman show, so please be a bit patient with me as I make sure your handcrafted Treasure arrives safe & sound!

Q. WHATS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Answer: I do not offer returns or refunds on handcrafted Treasures, however if an item does not fit properly please message me and I’m more than happy to offer an exchange in size for you! Thank you for understanding that each piece is carefully hand crafted and exchanges are only offered for sizing purposes or unless there is an error of creation on my end.  

Q. WHERE/HOW ARE YOUR GEMSTONES SOURCED?

Answer: Each and every gemstone used in my jewelry has been carefully and intentionally hand chosen from a select handful of lapidary artists. Most have been sourced from my annual trips to the Tuscon, Arizona gem shows! Here I am able to directly meet and speak with a majority of the families who mine the raw materials and then cut, shape, and polish them! Turquoise and Mexican Fire/Cantera Opals are my person favorites to work with as I am more aware of the mining and sourcing process. A vast majority of gemstones in the world today are unethically sourced using destructive and harsh environmental practices, as well as intense and dangerous child labor. Knowing where these gems are sourced is key to playing a positive role in the mining world. Followed by making sure each piece is created with pure love and intention all the way down the line, starting from the very source itself!

Answer: All shark teeth (including megalodon) pieces have been made with genuine shark teeth that I personally find on the beaches and in the rivers of South Florida. Most teeth are darker in color due to the fossilization thats taken place over 5-25 million years ago! Once the tooth has naturally fallen from the sharks mouth and hits the ocean floors, the minerals in the sediment can greatly affect the coloration of the tooth. Teeth colors will naturally range from black, grey, brown, tan and white! Your purchase of a shark tooth piece also directly affects the protection of these misunderstood creatures, with 10% of the total purchase being donated to The Shark Trust Foundation.
