Simple Autumn Landscape in Psp 7 & 8

using Paint Shop Pro 8

You will need:

*JASC Paint Shop Pro*

Do you have the following items in your Paint Shop Pro:
Gradient: "Landscape Morning" or "Summer Field"
Picture tubes : Lawn, Clouds, & Autumn Leaves.

If Not They are available at JASC

Lets Get Started......

ACTIVATE your PSP Program!

**Remember to name and save your new image**
***Save SAVE Frequently, in the event your program crashes***

Steps for your Autumn Landscape!

Open a new transparent image 600x400.

1. Activate >> flood fill tool and choose -
"Landscape Morning" or "Summer Field"
Settings: Angle:0 Size:0

2. Layers >>> New layer (name it Lawn)
Activate >> tube tool >>> choose the lawn tube 150%
proceed to tube your lawn until all the bright green is not visible.

3. Layers >>> New Layer (name it Leaves)
Activate >> tube tool >>> choose the Autumn leaves tube 20%
paint your leaves in a neat pile on the left hand side of your image.
Layers >>> Duplicate layer>>> Image >>> Mirror
**you now have 2 piles of leaves same space apart**

4. Layers>> New layer (scattered leaves)
Paint with autumn leaves tube at 15%
(scatter your autumn leaves all over your grass)

5. Layers >>> New layer (name it clouds)
Activate your tube tool >>> choose the cloud tube 15%
paint a few clouds in the sky.

SAVE

6.Layers >>>> New layer (name it Trees)
Apply your ready created Tree's or tree trunk tube

7. Layers >>> New Layer (name it tree leaves)
Activate tube tool >>> Autumn Leaves >> 15%
carefully paint the leaves on the trees.
* You may want to paint a single leaf on a layer
so that you can move them around on the tree shape
and to aquire the different leaf colors for your tree.

8. This step is for you to add any other psp images
you can think of for your Autumn Scene.

9. Merge all visible flatten.
Save/Name as a *.psp or a *.pspimage for use later.
Or save as a *.jpg if your project is complete!
